FREE standard delivery for orders over £75.

Standard shipping is £4.95, First Class Tracked Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for your items to arrive, but maybe more in busy periods. Orders placed during holidays and the Christmas period will usually take longer. Please email: dominique@bluebellandbear.com for any next day/urgent postage requests.

EUROPE
Tracked International is £12.00.

REST OF THE WORLD
Tracked and signed International delivery is £20.00.

Please note that orders sent out of the EU may be subject to additional taxes and possible delays upon reaching the destination country’s customs. These are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Not happy with your Bluebell + Bear purchase? If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back to us within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.

Please note personalised items are non returnable.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

As a customer you have the right to cancel and return your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all original Bluebell + Bear labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Please email us at help@bluebellandbear.com with the following details: your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return. Then post your goods back to us within 14 days, including your name, order number and the reason for your return inside the package so we know how to process the return.

Please do not wait for a reply before returning. Returns address: Bluebell and Bear, The Warren, Chalky Lane, Dogmersfield, Hampshire, RG27 8TG, UK. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage.

If approved, your refund (if the goods are still in perfect unworn condition, including all tags and packaging) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow one week from receipt of the parcel before the refund is completed.
